Background

Movement has always been my way of understanding myself and the world. I’m drawn to practices that feel alive, where breath, music, and motion work together to create presence and flow. While I come from a professional dance background, what matters most to me now is helping people experience movement as intuitive, energizing, and grounding.


I teach yoga, Pilates, and sculpt with a strong emphasis on rhythm, pacing, and full-body awareness. My classes are thoughtfully sequenced, musically driven, and designed to build strength while still feeling fluid and intentional. I enjoy challenging students in a way that feels supportive and empowering, and I care deeply about how movement feels in the body. My goal is for students to leave class feeling clear, connected, and stronger, both physically and mentally.
