Background
My yoga journey began as a personal quest to find physical and mental balance as someone that overworked themselves for years in the hospitality industry.
The intense desire to heal and recover through yoga led me to become RYT 200 certified here in beautiful San Francisco.
My vinyasa classes blend flowy, dance-like sequences and pranayama techniques. My hot Pilates classes focus on deep core strength and glute building while still being playful.
In either class style, my goal is to create a nurturing environment for self exploration while emphasizing on mobility, breath work, and gratitude for the practice itself.
