Background
I teach alignment-based vinyasa flow, linking breath with movement and offering precise cues - not in pursuit of perfect poses, but to anchor the mind through the body. When your body is in perfect alignment, your mind is in the present moment.
I’m RYT 200 certified through Folk Yoga in San Francisco. My approach is grounded in the belief that yoga is a tool for mental clarity as much as physical strength. I came to the practice after years of dealing with insomnia, digestive issues, and chronic pain, and discovered firsthand how mindfulness practices can transform the quality of our minds and therefore our lives.
