Background

I began practicing yoga in 2008 and it quickly became a meaningful part of my life. I later completed a 200-hour Hatha Yoga teacher training and in 2019, I studied Vinyasa yoga and traveled to India to deepen my understanding of pranayama, meditation, and physical postures, earning a second 200-hour teacher certification in Vinyasa.

I teach safe, dynamic classes with clear alignment cues, helping students build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. My goal is to create an environment where everyone feels grounded, energized, and present, both on and off the mat.
