Background

I first discovered yoga while recovering from an ankle injury in 2008 and quickly fell in love with
the practice. It challenged me in new and unexpected ways while offering space for healing
and self-discovery.
In 2014, I completed my Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Garden (now Folk SF), where I also
became certified in Restorative Yoga and Pre- and Postnatal Yoga. My classes are designed to
build strength and flexibility while releasing tension from both body and mind. By weaving
breath with movement, we gradually open into more challenging postures, drawing on our
inner strength with mindfulness and support. What inspires me most is creating space for
students to reconnect with themselves and honor where they are—physically, mentally, and
emotionally—each time they step onto the mat.
For me, yoga is not only a physical practice but also a journey inward. It’s an invitation to
explore what’s happening inside, to listen closely, and to learn about yourself. I look forward to
meeting you on the mat!
